Natural disasters are increasing every year, which often displace thousands of people from their homes all over the world. This idea would provide a relatively low cost solution for all of the people who have lost their homes due to natural disasters, by providing them with a tent that deploys itself with the convenience of an integrated solar powered air conditioning unit.  Tent is intended to improve portable living conditions in times of hardships of this nature.

One of the biggest factors of progressing technology forward is energy. Having the ability to store and power the world around you has been the biggest challenge in the last few decades. Though the efficiency at which we use that energy has increased, the biggest hurdle is having a place to store that energy when its not being used. This idea deals with that problem by providing a light weight form of energy storage by converting that energy into hydrogen. This would make renewable sources of energy like solar and wind to store that unused energy and make it easier to transport all over the world.

The first step of a traditional recycling process is to mechanically break down the materials (i.e. plastic, aluminum, and paper) to make it easier to repurpose them. If we take the mechanical breaking of these materials to the source of the garbage, which is the garbage can, it reduces the work that recycling companies have to do to break down the materials and lets them focus on repurposing. By adding a compact shredder to the lids of conventional garbage bins, this transfers the sorting and mechanical breakdown of these recyclable materials to the home. Making recycling more efficient and easier to do since breaking down the materials allows for more materials to be stored in a small space (i.e. garbage bins). A shredder needs to apply 1000 Nm of torque to break down these materials. This would require a design of a motor that can apply that torque and still be small and compact.

The new frontier of the action film industry are 360 Degree Cameras. Though limited to the ground the field of view of these cameras can capture every moment, no matter where its happening. Now bringing this technology to the skies will expand its capabilities, making it easier to compose shots as well as giving a new a different perspective of the skies.
