Discussed putting the tires on the main body of the AC system to make it more mobile.

Showed the issue we had with the free moving hinge and provided a solution by adding a rubber tension band to keep it stable.

Discussed the issue of opening the system and how we need to have the program of the motors run separately to control the speed of the deployment.

Advised on how to write the report. Chapter 2 will go over parts we used and why, as well as changes we made from the proposal. Chapter 3 will cover hardware build, software build, testing of product and results, and analysis. Chapter 4 should include the power budget.

Discussed the changes made for the tent deployment system. We showed how we plan on deploying the tent ant that we will be changing the system to have minimal intervention in the beginning to keep the solar panels safe.

We discussed clearly that we are deviating from the proposed idea of putting the solar panels on top of the tent and putting it on the ground by the side of the tent. We also discussed that we will be using a tent that we already own instead of making the tent from scratch. We explained that we will be reinventing the frame that comes with the tent and making it so that it is deployable so it still follows the original plan of the project.

Went over the comments of the design proposal by Dan Eifret. We discussed options of adding anchors for stability and making an option for manual deployment, also discussed the motors we will be using for the system as well as the fabric we will be using, also touched on the safety features of the solar panel that we are using.

We discussed the requirements of the system in detail, was asked to create a check-list for the requirements of the system, create a testing plan, and to add it to the system requirements to the success criteria tab in the website.

Asked to create a power budget for the system for each component. Justify the power rating of the source and the power requirements of the components in the system.

Advised on how to update the website for the project phase, i.e. change success criteria to system requirements, and creating anew progress log for the project phase.
